Kerrville City Council held a special session Oct. 21 to discuss a subdivision development agreement with Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd., to build “affordable homes” on city-owned property.
The Kerrville City Council will consider Tuesday during a special meeting providing homebuilder Lennar 33 acres of city-owned property to approximately 125 affordable homes along Texas Loop 534.
