The 2022 Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde was one of two situations that “upset” him prior to the intended death, according to Nicholas Roske, who was sentenced to prison this week for the attempted murder of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
After pledging guilty in April to the attempted murder of Kavanaugh in June 2022, Roske, a self-identified trans woman who goes by the name Sophia, received his sentence of 97 months in federal prison and a lifetime of supervised release on Friday.
