A jury in Brown County came to a verdict that called for the termination of parental rights of a mother and father who were informally labeled autistic and reported to Child Protective Services (CPS) by a hospital after taking their daughter there for her low weight gain.
The parents, “Joel” and “Donelle,” are suing to reclaim custody of their infant daughter, “Rose.”
