In accordance with a settlement it reached with the U.S. Department of Justice ( DOJ) and the Texas Office of the Attorney General ( OAG ) over its staff’s use of medical” transition” procedures on children, even after child gender modification was prohibited in Texas, Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) in Houston will start a” Detransition Clinic” as part of a settlement.
In a press release from the OAG, the OAG described it as the “first-ever Detransition Clinic” where restorative care will be provided to repair the damage done to” transitioners.” All services provided by the Detransition Clinic may be provided for free to its people for the first five years of operation.
