Incumbent state Rep. Angelia Orr (R-Itasca) has secured the Republican nomination in her re-election bid for Texas House District (HD) 13 on Tuesday against self-funded two-time congressional contender Kathaleen Wall.
Orr secured 58 percent of the vote, while Wall received 42 percent, according to unofficial election results.
