Following this week’s approval of a settlement agreement by a federal district court in North Texas, SEALs, unique operators, and other US Navy service members have been given forward-looking relief.
After the represented service members requested a religious exemption from having to receive a COVID-19 vaccination in order to continue serving in the U.S. Navy, the petition was brought in November 2021.
