Crappie are unquestionably the best-tasting water fish. Everyone enjoys crappie, but we put up a few inventive crappie foods that we hope you will try.
Recipe 1: Pan- Fried Crappie
Ingredients:
- 4 crappie slices
- 1 pot all- objective flour
- 1 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 spoonful onion powder
- 1/2 tsp vegetable powder
- 2 egg
- 1/4 glass cheese
- 1 glass crumbs
- 1/2 glass grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup new basil, chopped
- 1 grapefruit, cut into slices
- Edible fuel for frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the Breading Channels:
- In a deep meal, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- In another shallow dish, stir together eggs and milk.
- In a second plate, combine crumbs, Parmesan butter, and chopped parsley.
- Coat the Fillets:
- Excavate each crappie sirloin in the skilled flour, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the burned sirloin into the yolk mixture, coating it entirely.
- Push the fillet into the hyperlink combination, ensuring it is well- wrapped.
- Heat the Fuel:
- In a large skillet, heat about 1/4 inches of vegetable oil over moderate- high heat until hot (around 350°F or 175°C ).
- Fry the Fillets:
- Place the breaded slices properly in the hot oil. Fry for about 3- 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- To drain the excess oil, move the fillets to a dish lined with paper towels.
- Serve:
- Serve the pan-fried crappie slices with lemon slices on the side.
Recipe 2: Crappie Fish Tacos
Ingredients:
- 4 crappie slices
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flour
- 1/2 spoonful cinnamon
- 1/2 spoonful onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp water
- 8 smaller corn tortillas
- 2 plates shredded broccoli
- 1/2 glass dark garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 glass fresh basil, chopped
- 1 olive, sliced
- 1/4 glass sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime wine
- Lime holes for serving
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crappie:
- Preheat the pan or a griddle pan to medium-high temperature.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, pepper, and water.
- Paint the senior oil mixture over the crappie steaks.
- Grill the Fillets:
- Place the slices on the griddle and cooks for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes quickly with a knife.
- Warm the Tortillas:
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are pliable and somewhat charred while the fish is grilling.
- Assemble the Tacos:
- In a small bowl, combine the sour milk with grapefruit juice.
- Cut the baked crappie slices into bite-sized pieces.
- On each tortilla, layer some crushed cauliflower, flaked crappie, purple onion slices, cilantro, and banana slices.
- Rain with the salt sour cream.
- Serve:
- Serve the sandwiches with lime wedges right away with the crappie bass.
