A preliminary hearing regarding the topic” Data center water use and conservation” took place on Thursday after an interim hearing that was held by Speaker Dustin Burrows (R-Lubbock ) last month.
On April 9, a public hearing was held at the Texas House Committee on State Affairs that covered the appearance and function of data centres. The area has recently become a source of public unrest, especially as information center engineers appear to be emigrating to Texas. The hearing’s questions included subjects like the stress on the power grid, water consumption, prioritizing energy needs in state situations, and a research called” Batch Zero.”
