Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit challenging the legality of a Harris County program that uses taxpayer dollars to provide legal defense to illegal immigrants facing deportation.
“The Harris County Commissioners Court is filled with traitors who are robbing Texans to prevent illegals from being deported by the Trump Administration,” said Paxton in a statement released Tuesday.
