The State Fair of Texas ‘ ( OAG ) has requested a temporary injunction against its new rule prohibiting the carrying of firearms at its 2024 event, but a Dallas judge denied that request.
The OAG filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas and the State Fair, a nonprofit organization that oversees the operations, alleging that they were violating Second Amendment rights and the position” legal have” law, which was passed in 2021.
