Brent Webster, the state’s first assistant attorney general, is suing the Texas Supreme Court (SCOTX ) for oral arguments in a case involving the state’s first assistant attorney general.
The situation began when Attorney General Ken Paxton and Webster launched Texas v. Pennsylvania as the 2020 election issue. The pair were joined by 17 other states, alleging that various states had” suffered from major and illegal irregularities” during the 2020 election.
