A federal prosecutor in East Texas has just heard a number of legal issues to a questionable federal laws that imposes stringent fresh reporting standards on small businesses.
The Texas Public Policy Foundation’s lawsuit against the U.S. Department of the Treasury alleges that the Corporate Transparency Act’s ( CTA ) violated Congress ‘ regulatory authority under the Commerce Clause and that its enforcement would endangering the plaintiffs.
