The U. S. Attorney’s Office has released a criminal complaint alleging three Texas-based U. S. Army soldiers were involved in a” conspiracy to bring illegal noncitizens”.
U. S. Border Patrol, according to the Department of Justice ( DOJ) press release, approached a vehicle while it was in Presidio carrying “undocumented noncitizens”. After the people and the drivers were apprehended on foot, they were forced to cross the street and attempt to flee, which was stopped by law enforcement.
