The Texas Legislature appears to be ready to roll it back up after laying out the red carpet for data centres ten years ago.
The Texas Senate Finance Committee will meet on Monday, July 27 to examine a number of time expenses, including a 2013 state legislation that authorized a tax break for data centers and passed with unanimous support. The governor made a Friday statement at the hearing. Greg Abbott made fun of new data center regulations that the Legislature might take into account in its 90th Congressional Treatment starting in January.
