The Texas Legislature appears to be ready to roll it back up after rolling out the red carpet for information centres more than a decade ago.
On Monday, July 27, the Finance Committee of the Texas Senate did meet to discuss a number of time expenses, including a 2013 state laws that approved a tax break for data centers and passed with widespread support. The governor made a Friday statement at the hearing. Greg Abbott made fun of new data center regulations that the Legislature might take into account in its 90th Congressional Program starting in January.
