This year, three Texas residents were charged with aiding the Sinaloa Cartel, a alleged foreign terrorist business.

Two of the three people on suspicion of a murder are Loyd Walter Hall, Loyd Walter Hall, and Catlynn Ann Townsend, while one, Jesus Quezada Meza, a Mexican regional, lives in Dumas. Utah is also alleged to be a co-conspirator.
