A five-member criminal organization made up of foreign nationals who used payment card skimmers to steal diesel fuel from various North Texas truck stops was destroyed by the Texas Financial Crimes Intelligence Center (FCIC ), led by its North Texas Field Operations Team.
The Texas FCIC was established by the Texas Legislature to coordinate large-scale studies like this, and we are privileged to take the lead in an effort to protect the country’s members, according to Captain Jeff Headley of the FCIC.
