Other attorneys who defended Paxton in his Texas Senate trial are reaffirming their support for his campaign after one of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s impeachment attorneys endorsing Democratic state representative James Talarico (D-Austin ) for U.S. Senate.
Despite having donated more to Paxton’s battle than Talarico’s during the primaries, attorney Dan Cogdell endorsed the Democrat against Paxton, claiming that his past client has “lost view of his main objective.”
