Democrat Rep. Darlene Breaux loses Texas House seats to state representative Robert Vo.

In the Texas House District ( HD ) 149 runoff election on Tuesday, incumbent state representative Hubert Vo (D-Houston ) lost to challenger Alief Independent School District ( ISD ) Board President Darlene Breaux.

Vo received 39 % of the vote, while Breaux received 61 percent of the vote.
