West Texas Congressional District Nominee Tom Sell wins the Democratic nomination.

In the runoff vote for the Republican nomination for Texas Congressional District 19, Tom Sell won the election over Abraham Enriquez.

Congressman Jodey Arrington (R-TX-19 ), the incumbent in the West Texas region, will step down after serving for the duration of his current term. In November’s public election, Sell will square off against Democrat Kyle Rable.
