Thousands of students in Texas were impacted by a cyberattack on Canvas, a method used by schools and universities across the country. It is now up online.
On Thursday, May 7, some colleges reported that a payment notice had been preventing access to the Canvas program, according to Baylor University. In addition to the business Instructure, Canvas, which is owned by Instructure, is used by 41 percent of higher learning institutions in the United States.
