Talarico Secures Democratic Nomination for U.S. Senate Race Over Crockett

State Rep. James Talarico (D-Austin) won the Democratic primary for U.S. Senate in Texas, garnering 53 percent of the vote on Tuesday night against Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-TX-30).

Talarico was in the lead by Wednesday morning, with an estimated 90 percent of votes accounted for.
