Lt. Gov. Gov. Dan Patrick has responded. Greg Abbott’s executive order ( EO ) for hemp-derived THC states that “on this issue, we disagree.

In his Friday press release, Patrick, a steadfast admirer of an outright ban on THC in Texas, stated that Abbott “intentionally or not, has signaled to the Marijuana industry that they have a state seal of approval on the latest THC business.”
