Democrats at the federal and state levels are mounting rhetorical opposition to Texas Republicans’ coming effort to redraw congressional maps in the middle of the decade.
Gov. Greg Abbott put redistricting on the call for this year’s first special session, along with a load of other items, including hemp regulation and flooding disaster response.
