The upper chamber of the Texas Legislature has continued to move quickly on its priority bills, addressing a number of pressing issues for lawmakers and ordinary Texans alike.
Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick released the first half of the 40 pieces of priority legislation in January, before publishing the second round in March.
