Former President Donald Trump has filed an unusual claim against CBS News in a Amarillo-area federal district court, alleging the defendant’s investigative program, 60 Minutes, deceptively edited a recent interview of his electoral opponent Vice President Kamala Harris.
According to the lawsuit, which was first reported by Fox News, CBS aired two clips of the interview, where correspondent Bill Whitaker asks Harris if Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is listening to U.S. guidance on the war in Gaza.
