I very much adore being outside. Sport, kayaking, boat riding, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, skeet shooting, archery, and perhaps bird watching are some of my favorite pastimes.
As I considered all of these great pastimes, I started to consider why angling might be the best of all.
Here is a record of the five justifications I could think of.
You are free to spend however much or how much money you want.
Fishing may be completely free, in contrast to most activities that require a minimal investment. Without a passport, you can fish from the banks of sanity parks and use your own homemade cane pole as bait for crickets that you caught by hands. You won’t lose any money and are probably going to catch a few seat. ( I’ll assume you strolled along the shore and came across an old hook and some string. ) The sky is yours, though, if you live by the tagline” get big or get back” and are a big spender. Spend a cool million dollars on an expensive offshore rig with all the conveniences of home, or feel free to spend$ 100 on bass boats. Purchase the$ 300 Shimano bass reel from Academy, or settle for the$ 50 rod and reel combination. In actuality, spending a bit or minor can help you catch fish.
People fish is the best fishing.
You didn’t if you want to go play golf at Augusta National in Atlanta. But you only want to participate once at the program where the Masters is held each time, right? I’m sad! There is almost no chance that my readers will ever be admitted because it is so very exclusive. Do you want to go hunting in Georgia? The largest mouth guitar in the world is located in this position. For$ 10, you can purchase an out-of-state license. Do you want to go fishing with the Bass Master Elites? It’s all in the open! Make sure you have a certificate for that position before driving to the river to fish. No natural fees like sport, no expensive leases like deer hunting. We both have access to world-class hunting.
There is a lot of beauty!
While hunting, I’ve seen some of the most beautiful sights. A sunrise or sunset over the water has a calming quality that soothes the mind and brings harmony. All of the lake, compartments, streams, and lakes are stunning.
Find and release is a choice.
There are two ways to go hunting and find a lot of fish. The first choice is to bring the fish back, clean them, and cook them. The second alternative is to just throw them away. You don’t have this choice when you go hunting. After the thrill of the hunt, I occasionally wish I could somehow give the birds I shoot new lifestyle so they could take off. Or, after taking a few pictures, do the same with the deer dollar. I don’t have this choice, though. I have to get my match back after I kill, clean them up, and get them ready for the table. I can just let them go when I fish so that someone else can grab them later.
Fish promotes camaraderie.
Fishing is a fantastic day to bond. Talking is permitted, at least in restraint. True conversation is typically encouraged even though no one enjoys a motormouth. Hunting seems to open up communication channels and make it simpler for people to talk openly about significant life issues. In reality, I’ve had some really enjoyable conversations in front of a bass boat with family and friends. We are frequently very active to sit down and discuss things in the world we live in. The ideal chance to get closer to the people you care about most is through fish.
Don’t forget to take someone with you when you go so they can share the memories and you can thank God for the chance.
Content boatloading and happy fish!
