A policy analysis from the Texas Hemp Business Council ( THBC ) found that THC’s level of public health threat was incompatible with those of alcohol, opioids, tobacco, and fentanyl.
The study, which was presented last week in answer to a hearing held by the Texas Senate Health and Human Services Committee, argues that THC products may be regulated more than prohibited.
