The San Antonio Police Department ( SAPD ) is in need of Texas legislator Chip Roy (R-TX-21 ) to express his concerns and inquire about the relationship between the illegal alien population and district-wide public safety issues.

The letter, which is addressed to the Chief of Police William McManus, details recent incidents involving shootings involving officers and illegal aliens.
