The Fifth Circuit Reaffirms Texas’s legal authority to award education to illegal creatures in state colleges

This year, a federal court case in federal court attempted to evaluate a state law that allows in-state college education for illegal creatures.

The Texas Dream Act, a 2001 state law that allows illegal aliens to give in-state college tuition rates if they can build a home in Texas, was upheld by the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in a split decision on Thursday.
