In a Senate Education Committee hearing, Texas Education Agency ( TEA ) Commissioner Mike Morath recently supported the contentious idea of outlawing cell phones in Texas classrooms.
” At least from my perspective, cell phones are really dangerous for undergraduate learning”, stated Morath. And if I had had the upper hand, I would have already outlawed them from all of the state’s institutions.
