A Travis County judge has ruled in favor of Community Capital Partners, the development company behind the East Plano Islamic Center’s (EPIC) proposed residential development, in its lawsuit against the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).
The judge ordered the TWC to comply with the agreement it made with the developers of The Meadow, formerly known as EPIC City, back in September 2025. The conciliation agreement detailed that Community Capital Partners would participate in fair housing training and would submit periodic reports to the TWC.
