The Texas A&M University (TAMU) System Board of Regents is set to vote on revisions to the way the university system defines “gender ideology” and “race ideology,” including what is allowed to be taught in the classroom.
The agenda for the meeting includes amendments to sections of both the Civil Rights Protections and Compliance policy and Academic Freedom, Responsibility and Tenure policy. Each of the amendments have been approved by TAMU System Chancellor Glenn Hegar.
