Incumbent Congressman Tony Gonzales (R-TX-23) is projected to secure his seat in Washington, D.C., defeating Democratic challenger Santos Limon.
At the time of reporting, according to Decision Desk HQ, Gonzales picked up 59.5 percent while Limon accrued 40.5, with just over 145,000 votes counted.
