On Wednesday, October 14, 2020, the Bandera Sheriff’s Office, was notified of a fox that tested positive for the rabies virus. The incident took place in the 200 block of Green Valley Dr., located in Pipe Creek, TX. Area residents are asked to be extremely cautious around wild animals, and to closely monitor their pets. This includes no outside feeding nor handling of any animal without being vaccinated against the rabies virus.
