We will be influencing more young people in Colorado on this, our third expedition that, than we ever have. According to Moore, there is something about exposing children to nature and the surroundings that promotes recovery.
The outreach is based on love and involves working with young people who are dealing with critical illness, in the foster care system, and coping with another distressing issues like parent death.
” Love is a word of activity.” As a way of expressing this, we’ll take boys hiking in the mountains so they can learn how to take amazing pictures with DSLR cameras and even their own phones. They will approach deer, bighorn sheep, bear, wild birds, and other animals of all kinds. Therefore, according to Moore, we publish those images in our blogs and social media.
At the Rafter K Ranch, Matt Nurnberg of Spring Creek Outdoors and Nathan Childress release Rio Grande birds. Higher Calling Wildlife is mentoring Nathan, and he was thrilled to take part in the Spring Creek Outdoors transfer.
The first woman we always did this for back in 2019 is graduating with a wildlife education from Texas Tech this fall.” We mentor them to get involved with wildlife conservation.
Children who are taught protection have something to participate in, which supports them as they face their challenges.
According to Moore, a offer from the Houston Safari Club Foundation is covering most of the expedition’s costs, but additional funding is required in light of recent developments.
