The Hunt County Commissioners Court passed a resolution this week denying approval for the subdivision plat application for the proposed subdivision connected to the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) called The Meadow, formerly known as EPIC City.
The proposal involves 402 acres in Hunt and Collin counties and would house a mosque, a K-12 school, residential units, and retail facilities.
