On November 4, the Texas Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case involving former state representative Frederick Frazier (R-McKinney ) v. Paul Chabot.
In the Republican primary for Texas House District ( HD ) 61 in Collin County in 2022, Chabot defeated Frazier. In the runoff election, Frazier clinched the victory, but a grand jurors in June of that year indicted him on two counts of impersonating a common servant.
