The City of Fort Worth is taking targeted action to address ongoing panhandling issues throughout the city that regularly generate complaints from residents and businesses.
On Tuesday, December 2, the city council received an informal report about the Fort Worth Police Department’s (FWPD) panhandling enforcement efforts.
