The U. S. Department of Justice ( DOJ) announced that federal agents had arrested the co-founder of the deadly Sinaloa cartel near El Paso, Ismael Zambada-Garcia, also known as” Mayo Zambada”. When Federal Bureau of Investigation and DEA ( DEA ) agents made the arrest, reports indicated that he had disembarked an “unmarked plane.”
Garcia and Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Loera, also known as” El Chapo Guzman,” are co-founders of the Sinaloa cartel, who are already serving a life sentence in federal prison after being found guilty earlier this year.
