We have lodge, guest home, cabin and camping facilities available to families to enjoy fishing, swimming and canoes, kayaks, pedal and row boats from eight ( 8 ) docks ( no lifeguards ), mountain biking on our four- mile forested trail, sports on our baseball/soccer field with sand volleyball and lit basketball court and scheduled firearm ( Pistol and Rifle ), Skeet, and Archery training and practice on our 300 yard rifle/archery/pistol range.
On our 188 acre house, we have 23 on-site services for families that can hold all different family sizes. There are also many more to discover. We have one beds in the house, five- individual rooms in the house, cabins for two people, cabins for families of 4- 5 people, a bedroom in the house for families up to 10 people, and a house for a family of 11 people. The Sleep ( sleeps 4- 6 ) has a total bunk and twin bunk and is a remote and increased cabin with wi- bi, Roku TV, fire pit, wildlife feeders, watering hole, picnic table, covered porch with BBQ and smoker, bathroom with lower shower, full size fridge, small fridge, AC, Heat, hot plate, camp stove, microwave, and solar lighting. The “roost” is one of the most comfortable deer and wildlife viewing rooms everywhere, located a 1/2 km away from the Main Lodge in the grassy meadows of the house retreat. Any conditions, the firepit with its buffet and smoker makes for a fantastic location to watch sunsets at night from the firepit over the wildlife feeders. Wi- bi, streaming TV, and night period lighting will help to create your stay most entertaining.
The Guest Home, which is across Lake Godstone from the Lodge ( sleeps 8 to 11 ), has three bedrooms, one of which is a King, two of which are twin, and two of which are twin, full bathrooms, a den and bedrooms, a porch with RokuTV, a private patio with fire pit, a kids ‘ fenced playground with slide and swing set, a carport with RV service, and a private boat dock with partial cover, swim ladder, and mooring. A horse shop with a small enclosed pasture is available for guests to use for free.
Up to 10 tents and small RVs can be stored at the Shelter camp at Lake Godstone on a group camping site. There are two power stations each with power ( 20 and 30 device ) and water, a tree house shelter with seating for four and a coffee table, massive fire pit, two picnic tables, and a porta- potty. There is an area comfort station with toilets / showers within walking distance. Above Crappie Pond and Lake Godstone, it is a forested meadow with views of the forested meadow.
The Lodge ( sleeps 35- 41 ) has four bedrooms ( each with a queen, twin and two upper twin bunks ) two upper floor dormitories ( family dorm with a queen, four twins and four upper twin bunks and a second dorm for singles with a queen, five twins and four upper twin bunks ), three bathrooms inside, a bath with showers outside above the water slide, a classroom with tables and chairs, couches and large screen TV, upper deck, large patio with restaurant booths overlooking Lake Godstone ( fish off the porch ) couches and chairs, large fire pit with rock seating, private boat dock with two kayaks and a canoe, large fully- equipped kitchen with three sinks, two stoves with ovens, two large fridges ( and a third on the porch ), two washers, two dryers, a dishwasher, a den with two couches and large screen TV, two large dining tables, a commercial ice maker, largely parking lot for 25- 30 cars, a minnow tank, a fish tank, an aquaponic greenhouse, hot food table, solar panel system with backup battery in case of power outage, propane grill, propane, bbq, charcoal bbq, fenced sand playground, and waterslide.
Our 10′ x 20′ Reflection Primitive Cabin ( sleeps 2 in queen bed ) has a porch, water and power, wifi, screened windows, exterior door, a picnic table, large fire pit and charcoal grill. It comes with a queen size bed, a small table with two chairs, toilet, microwave, Air Conditioning, coffee maker, hot plate, utensils, television with Roku, and is a quiet, weather protected building. A small electric heater is also provided. The campsite has one car parking space and is drive-through. This site has a view of the dam and Lake Godstone.
The Sports Field House ( sleeps 4- 6 ) has a queen bunk, queen sofa bed and rolling twin bed with a full bathroom, bathtub, kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, full fridge with water and ice, a den and a bedroom. Includes porch with couch seating and bluetooth. The field house is near the lit basketball court, sand volleyball court, soccer and baseball practice fields with goal and backstop, observatory with telescope, picnic area, and horseshoe pits. The covered front porch makes for awesome sunrises.
Serenity is an RV unit ( sleeps 2 in full bed ) installed permanently and connected to water, sewer and power. It has a full size bed and a small single couch and has a kitchen, cookware and restroom. A shelter with a charcoal grill, a large fire pit, a tent pad, a large picnic table, and a brook that runs through the campsite are also present. Top of the Dam Group Campground
The campground at the Top of the Dam overlooks Lake Godstone and is accessible to campers and families alike. It fits up to 10 tents/small RV’s. There are two utility stations each with power ( 20 and 30 amp ) and water, a 12′ x 12′ shelter, two fire pits, two large picnic tables, and a porta- potty. There is a nearby comfort station with showers and toilets in the area. A set-up and 8-person, empty military tent is provided for use.
Panorama is about as secluded as you can get, being located on the ranch’s highest point. The campsite is near Lake Godstone ( with good fishing ), and the four-mile hike and bike trail ( non-motorized ) is a short walk away. The sports complex is also nearby. A picnic table, power ( 20 and 30 and 50 amp ). This large campsite that will accommodate two RV’s or motor homes is equipped with a charcoal grill and a large fire pit.
Located on the wooded upper trail of the 188 acre ranch there are five ( 5 ) large, drive- through secluded Popup/Tent sites and a small tentsite called Overlook. Each has 20/30 amp power, water, fire pit, charcoal grill and picnic table. On the level upper field or the private gravel driveway, you can park under a large oak tree. Two showers and two toilets are located close to the comfort facility.
The Inspiration Cabin has a king bed and two lofts, each with a twin bed, for sleeps 3 through 4. A full kitchen, full bath and tub, dining table and blue tooth sound system is provided. It has a porch with an awesome view, BBQ grill, streaming wide screen TV, smoker and fire pit. The sunrise view over the valley below is spectacular.
Primitive Camping
There are numerous opportunities to camp out under the stars because of the four miles of non-motorized mountain bike trails connecting our forested Lake Godstone and upper wooded meadow. Pick up your backpack and travel to your preferred location, where there is a fire pit, or drive on our miles of all-weather roads to the location of your choice. Although there are no services, there is a comfort station with several porta-potties, showers, and toilets, and a convenience store.
Primitive Cabins
Three primitive cabins with two futons and a small table and chairs are located below our Crappie Pond and close to the comfort station. No utilities are provided, but a picnic table, a charcoal grill, and a firepit are all available outside.
