The San Antonio City Council approved adding an additional$ 100, 000 to its Reproductive Justice Fund to help pay for travel for abortions outside of the state on a 6 to 5 vote.
Council people John Courage, Marina Alderete Gavito, Manny Pelaez, and Marc Whyte cast ballots against the resolution.
