Prior to the Texas Legislature’s tentative redrawing of the maps ‘ upcoming special session, an ongoing legislature complaint won’t be reopened for re-examination of evidence.
A request by three plaintiffs, including the Mexican American Legislative Caucus ( MALC ), was denied by Judge David Guaderrama of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
