A 36-year-old man from North Texas was charged last week with threatening to kill and assault the president of the United States and unnamed immigration and customs enforcement ( ICE ) employees.
A federal grand jury found Francisco Jesus Mena of North Richland Hills guilty of ten matters of threatening a federal official. Mena faces 96 years in prison if found guilty.
