An innovative study was carried out by biologists from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department ( TPWD ) to track largemouth bass’s movements and behaviors at Toledo Bend Reservoir and Lake Fork. Anglers began reporting a drop in catch rates in 2018, and several assumed these declines were caused by decreased seafood populations.
