Texas’s water conservation region appeals to the legislature for protection in governing data centers.

As data center growth looms in their periphery, the Blanco-Pedernales Groundwater Conservation District ( BPGCD ) has submitted a resolution calling for “legislative clarity on industrial water rights.”
