Justice candidate Thomas Smith has made a number of online comments over the course of several months regarding a decision he is now seeking to add, which is at the center of a major political campaign to reform the court and overturn the decision.
Smith and his rival Alison Fox then contend that if the dispute returns to the authorities, there are legitimate grounds to doubt the other’s impartiality.
