The National Educator Safety and Accountability Act of 2025, a bill introduced by Congressman Wesley Hunt (R-TX-38 ), established a national registry and federal task force to combat sexual abuse in schools.

Hunt claimed that raising the issue of physical abuse in American school systems is” the role of British management” in a press release released on December 9.
