A group of student organizations have preliminarily blocked a Texas law that sought to tamp down on disruptive campus activities, including where and when certain demonstrations can occur on college campuses.
The law, Senate Bill (SB) 2972, made amendments to legislation passed in 2019 to clarify that certain activities that would be disruptive to school activities are banned.
