The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments this week regarding a Texas law that would ban drag shows with children in the audience.
The lawsuit, Woodlands Pride v. Paxton, originated after Gov. Greg Abbott signed Senate Bill (SB) 12 into law, which bans “sexually oriented performances” with minors in attendance, including drag, and garnered national attention.
